TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this catalog. Management, however, is not responsible for errors or omissions. Any announcements made the day of sale will take precedence over printed material. We do not guarantee pedigrees. Management does not act as agent, but merely provides the location for transactions between buyer and seller.
Each animal will be sold “as is”. Please inspect animals prior to sale. Responsibility passes to new owner when animal leaves the ring. Management assumes no liability. Right of recourse must be directed to the seller and not through sale or sales management.
Terms and Conditions of the sale will be announced the day of the sale. Proper ID (SS# or DL#) will be required for a bidder number. First-time buyers not known to sale management are asked to furnish bank letter of credit, cash or cash equivalent. Cash buyers will receive papers upon payment. Others will receive theirs when checks clear.
Sale management is not responsible for the integrity of any bid and seller assumes all responsibility for any bid that is made, and not honored.

The horses will be measured Saturday at check-in and pedigrees will be read the day of the sale. Horses will be sold with the heights measured from check-in..
